Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

At Fizzl, we take pride in creating high-quality, eco-friendly dissolving hand soap tablets. We strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of our product, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is in resellable condition (i.e., no damage to packaging or exposure to moisture).

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or partially dissolved.
  • The packaging has been opened, and the seal is broken.
  • The product has been stored improperly (e.g., exposed to moisture, causing premature activation).

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon approval.
  • If returning an unused product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@fizzl.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
  3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened soap tablets.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty).
